Ciera Shanks

Hi, my name is Ciera and I've been a part of Motherful for like the past three years.  Motherful has been a resource that has provided so much for me and my daughter, and we don't have to worry about food costs.  We've come on Sundays and on Tuesdays, but what's been most important is the community.

Honestly, as single mothers, sometimes it's hard to find someone who knows what you're going through, who can understand and relate, and to be able to be a part of a collective of women that you can go to where we're practicing healthy habits together, where we're feeding our families, and learning how we can feed our families, and even giving back to, the communities and to each other is extremely beautiful. And so I feel like if you're able to, everyone can give, should give what they can to Motherful every little bit helps. You're helping many families. The next generation. Single mothers are raising the next generation, and Motherful is here to nurture the mothers as we nurture our children.

It's just a beautiful collective. So please give what you can.
